Amnesty is Unconstitutional! Click HERE for a great article that explains in layman's terms how and why amnesty is unconstitutional and why a vote for "amnesty" regarding illegal aliens is, according to current law, technically an act that would require the office removal of anyone who voted in the affirmative in either the House or Senate.
